Crazy Colour
hahaha I saw these and thought 'If my hair was a whole bunch of colours, this is what is would look like!' I've just been slowly driving myself insane and some personal things with friends are not really helping. I just want sleep. Here's some interesting takes on the coloured hair trend thats been going around!

More Sketches
So I decided to put up more of my sketches, these ones vary from the past week to about six months ago...plus a painting at the end of it all! <3

Random underwater scene (We all live in a yellow submarine would not leave my mind until I drew a sumbarine...and then I added a whale and a mermaid that's off the page...)
I felt like I needed to draw some stuff in detail, so here is a picture of my ear and mouth.
My friend had a book with images of body positions, so I drew them and added clothes.
Here are some of the ideas for the tshirt design I finally finished, I'll put the design up eventually. Obviously I took some insparation from Danny Roberts with the women in round sunglasses (and he commented on my post about him, which was crazy!). It was everyone's favorite idea, but I didn't want to use it because that felt like cheating.
The picture on the left would have been cool, the girl would have been on the front, the boy on the back, attached by a string (I was thinking the red string of fate) but I can't draw on photoshop at all so that wouldn't have worked out.
The first image is really similar to my final product, which is cool. The last two are because I was toying with the idea of royalty at the time.
From an advertisement in a magazine. I used to draw them all the time, but stopped, so I did it again.
And ta-da! My first oil painting! I rather like it, even if I had no idea how to use oils (and I was freaking out because the portfolio was due the next day and I needed a picture of this for that).
So there is some of my random ideas. I hope that I get accepted into the other two universities I applied for! Or at least my first choice, that would be fantastic!

PS- Best thing about Easter? Mini eggs. I wish they were available year round!

White Lace
Sorry I haven't posted anything in a while, life's been crazy. So some news- I turned 18, won my first lottery ticket (I still have to cash it), and got my first acceptance letter for a university (Its my third choice, but still!)!
Anyways, away from my life, this editorial is really beautiful. I love the sexy/messy/lounge wear clothing (although its more undergarments than anything else). Plus the shoes are fantastic. I wish I had them all.

I don't think one can go wrong with thigh highs...ok some can, and horribly so, but this is a great way to pull them off. I love the light fabrics for the warming weather too!

The Better Shoe?
Since I first saw the original Ann D's, and then various knock offs like JC I've wanted these so bad. The price on these new shoes from Aldo isn't too bad, but I can actually try them on in store, which is a lot more exciting to know the shoe I buy fits my foot, rather than hope. Tell me which one you like better, the heel or wedge?

Spider's Web
I recently came across the shoe designer Charlotte Olympia. If you have heard about her, you know she is known for bold colours and print, as well as insane (half) platform detailed heels and killer wedges. One of my favorite parts of the shoe is the little spider web on the sole. It's adorable. If you want a pair, they don't come cheap, all of the ones I came across were over 500 a pop. But to some, that might be cheap, I really wouldn't know being from a middle class family and still in high school. Great shoes though, I'm jealous of anyone who has them (and would be grateful if you have a size 6 you feel like giving away).
Love the piano inspired ones, and the gold platform!
